Start of traineeship

  • You will alternate between the theoretical component at Fachhochschule Bielefeld and the practical part in-company
  • You will take responsibility for your own topics and projects
  • You will solve problems at the interfaces between computer systems and technical applications
  • You will develop mathematical, logical and programming solutions
  • You will get to know software-engineering technology, object-oriented and web-enabled programming languages, and different interfaces and partner departments
  • You will gain comprehensive knowledge of the whole spectrum of computer technology, in particular operating systems, networks, digital technology, databases and their uses.
  • You will visualise data to make content user-friendly
  • You will design and implement IT applications
  • A-Levels or equivalent vocational qualifications
  • Love of data and numbers
  • Teamwork
  • Keen on interesting development tasks
  • Ideally you will already have gained some experience in programming
  • Technical affinity and enthusiastic about software
  • High level of personal initiative, high willingness to learn, commitment, communication skills and teamwork
  • Ideally a good level of English; further foreign languages are an advantage
