How can I send my documents?

For sustainability reasons we prefer applications via our jobs portal or by email. If neither of these options are possible for you, it is also possible to send a written application on paper.

When can I expect an answer?

Applications generally take max. 3 weeks to process.

Who can I contact with questions?

Our HR team will be happy to answer your questions by phone or email. You can find the person responsible in the respective job adverts.

Can I still send documents?

You can do that at any time. You will normally receive email confirmation that your application has been received. Simply reply to this confirmation email and attach the additional file(s).

What documents are required?

We appreciate applications complete with a cover letter, a CV, references and, if applicable, certificates. Your application will not be rejected on the basis of a missing document. Use search engines to find lots of useful tips online.

How is data protection guaranteed?

We guarantee that your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act.
