BLAUPUNKT presents sustainable and flexible product innovations for 2024

Blaupunkt will be presenting its innovations for 2024 as part of the Häcker in-house exhibition from 16 - 22/09/23 in Rödinghausen, which will set an example for more sustainability, flexibility and aesthetic sophistication.

"Energy-efficient appliances are a central part of our sustainability strategy," says Olaf Thuleweit, Managing Director at HK Appliances. Blaupunkt therefore offers seven new dishwashers with an improved energy efficiency class. Five dishwashers have energy efficiency class D, two are even in the second-best class B (as per the EU energy label with classes A-G, valid since 2021).

And yet, Blaupunkt's new products not only focus on sustainability but also prioritise flexibility to offer customers maximum ease of use. A great case in point is the new, self-sufficient combi induction hob (5II 86250): it features six cooking zones, two of which can be flexibly linked together to create one to three huge cooking zones as needed. Moreover, the hob offers a double-booster function and permanent, cross-zone pot detection, which automatically turns the hob on and off – depending on whether and where the pot is placed on it.

As for fridges, Blaupunkt presents the so-called "Cross Door," a new, freestanding XXL fridge-freezer combination with an astounding 522-litre capacity. Even baking trays can be elegantly placed behind its hinged doors in refined dark steel design. A 0° zone in the fridge compartment, a temperature of 18° (and colder) in the freezer compartment and no-frost technology guarantee excellent cooling conditions. Blaupunkt offers a five-year guarantee on this storage wizard.

Regarding ovens, Blaupunkt is presenting two new products featuring an innovative air-fry function. With this advanced hot-air technology, perfect frying results are at hand without using oils and avoiding unhealthy trans fats. Likewise, perfect roasting results come naturally to it – juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside.

Blaupunkt does not only attach importance to innovative technology but also to a modern, contemporary design. In this respect, the new range of sinks with Black Matte finish is a first and major example: it perfectly matches kitchen designs in the grey-black colour spectrum and dazzles with its premium surface properties, from high scratch and heat resistance to colour resistance and food fastness, as well as its easy-care and durable quality. For those looking after a nuanced colour palette, the "Alento" and "Tesino" sinks are available in Black Granite, Dark Grey and Light Grey. Customers will find a tap in a matching colour in the black matte "Nera", which is available with either a fixed or a pull-out spout. All sinks and taps come with a 5-year guarantee.
